Yes they can die of AIDS and they can spread it...just like men.

Technically, you don't die of AIDS... it just destroys your immune system so that a simple cold or virus does the killing. The rate at which the immune system is destroyed varies from person to person, and can be slowed with modern medicines. Some people progress from HIV to AIDS to death in a matter of months; a lucky few have successfully treated it for over 20 years.
Both men and women, gay and straight, any race/nationality/age, can get AIDS, can pass it on to others, and die from it.

No one actually dies from AIDS, they die from the opportunistic infections that the body cannot fight off because AIDS has crushed the immune system. So something that might irritate your lungs and cause you to cough could actually cause a deadly pneumonia in someone with AIDS.
Having said that, men and women both die, AIDS is gender-neutral and doesn't discriminate against one or the other.

you dont die of aids, you die of every other virus or bacteria you get. Aids virus just kills your white blood cells that protect you from everything out there. After it has done that damage, a common flu will kill you, nothing to protect yourself.

Both men and women can carry and die of the Immuno Deficiency virus. Don't be fooled. If you actually have it, then I say to find support from the person who gave it to you:)
