Its a caffeine withdrawal headache. Take excedrine (it has low dose of caffeine) and in a few days you should be good.

well join the club. I have been drinking pepsi now since I was younger and I am 38 now , and yes I have the same thing , I was at a case of pepsi a day and now I am at a 6 pk a day. So I have done well , but yes I get the same thing , with the headaches , and that is from withdrawl from the pepsi it self , and I know the other caffeine things arent the same . Yeah , you can ask my kids the same thing , I am mean when I dont have my pepsi , we have to face it , we are addicted to pepsi , and it is a true addiction. Just what I was told is to try and cut down on the pepsi and see where you can go .

Yes do not quiet at once it will hurt you more than you stopping My husband is also addicted to Pepsi. He also tried to stop and he got really sick like headaches, sick to his stomach and lets not forget the moods wow.... Now he only drinks 2-3 a day and he even lost some weight. But yes this is from withdraw. Good Luck

Each time that I stopped drinking pop when I got pregnant I would try to make it the whole day without any. I got serious migraine-like headaches after a couple hours without caffeine. When I felt like I couldn't stand the headache anymore I would take a few drinks of pop, just enough to get rid of the pain. After a few days I didn't even need to do that anymore.

Try going back to it until you feel OK. Then try drinking just decaff Pepsi. See if the problem comes back. If so it is the caffeine withdrawal. I don't think there is anything else in the Pepsi that could make you ache for it.

if you just need caffeine you could try slowly withdrawing from it by drinking more decaff and less regular Pepsi. Or you could try drinking coffee instead.

It is the caffeine withdrawal you are getting headaches from. I suggest this. Count how mush Pepsi you drink and each day after cut back one glass/can. Good luck!

i would only drink one glass of pepsi a day and try and drink crystal lite the rest of the time and you will do better. that way you can cut out the pepsi a little at a time but not cold turkey you will probably not be able to handle the headache.

Yup you're having caffeine withdrawl, but you'd have to drink A LOT of pepsi in a day in order for it to affect you with headaches. Cut back a little bit.

I am the same way!!!
I drink Pepsi from the time I wake up until I go to bed.
It helps a lot to switch to caffiene free Pepsi.
I noticed when I did that, I did'nt really feel the urge to HAVE to have Pepsi. And no headaches.

My girlfriend is addicted to Diet Coke. Youre not alone.

Yes it probably is a caffeine addiction. That would definitley explain the headache. You will just have to go cold turkey if you would like to quit.

Keep these things in mind while you do, they may help:
