the best thing to do is call the company. ask them if you can buy from them or if there is a dealer near you who can order them. You might want to check out any gun shows there might be a dealer who has some on his table.

Depends what state you live in. Go to a hunting magazine website or go to a gunshop and they will order for you. Ask a cop.
