Hyperlinks within MS Word?

How can we create hyperlinks within a word file so tht on clicking the link of 100 page on index page we can go there at 100 page.Please suggest some practical way and dont suggest some weire ideas such as use go to option.The document contains 100 pages and they all have to be linked at one place.

To link to each page from the index page:
First insert a Bookmark on each page (If you have page numbers on the top of the page you could use these for the Bookmark, otherwise just select (highlight) the first word on each page)

eg. Select first word (or page number if on top) on page two.
From the Insert menu: choose Bookmark and type 'Two' as the Bookmark name.
Click Add
Use this method to Bookmark all pages, giving them the relevant page name.

Return to the index page. (Clicking the Ctrl. and Home buttons on the keyboard together will quickly bring you back to the first page)

Inserting the Hyperlink

Select (highlight) the page number from the index e.g.'Page 2' or the full chapter heading if you prefer.
Click on the Insert menu and choose Hyperlink.
Choose Bookmark (lower right-hand side of box)
Click on the bookmark you have named as Two
Click OK
Click OK on the 'Insert Hyperlink' box

Your 'Page 2' on the index page should now be underlined and blue. Clicking on it will bring you to page two of your document.

You need to link all pages in the same manner.

It is inbuilt in MS Word, that when you type an URL foreg. www.yahoo.com , it will automatically linked to that website.
If you want to link other stuff, first hilight that text and then you can use Hyper link, (in insert menu) Ctrl K . and specify the link.

You can use Auto Text for duplicating works.
