Seriously everywhere. Every cell in our body produces proteins, not just proteins that get exported outside of the cells, but the transport proteins in the cellular membrane. These membrane proteins constitute a large percentage of mass of the cell membrane and every cells has them.

Our DNA codes for proteins. RNA copies the DNA and then makes proteins in ribosomes. The only parts of our bodies that are not proteins are the sugar molecules and fat molecules that are not coupled with proteins. We use those molecules mostly for fuel, and they are utilized by the cells to make proteins. For example, to make erythrocytes (red blood cells) whose heme group (made of amino acids: building blocks of proteins) carry oxygen to and from the cells, which is used, alone with glucose, to produce ATP molecules which drive protein synthesis and many other processes in the body.

I would think "almost everywhere". After all, we get protein from eating animal meat, eggs, etc.
