as in"They are all one in the same!"

b) "all one and the same!"

as in "They are all one and the same!"

I would say "all one and the same", because the first one doesn't really make sense... how could something be "in the same"? The second one does make sense, however... they are all one, and they are all the same. No problems there.

I'd have to say B. In America we tend to get a little lazy with our language so a lot of people tend to say "one an' the same" which is of course short for "and" but sounds like "in". =) Have a nice day.
