Not normally.
The neutered male can still tie up with a female but a spayed female most will not let anyone near her and not let them jump on her to actually get in her.
I have seen a neutered male tie up with a female but I have never seen a spayed female tie up with a dog.

It's very unlikely. Males are attracted to females in heat, and when they are dressed it stops them having a season/heat. IF a male was interested, however, it is unlikely the female would allow him to mount, she would become stressed and aggressive.

Maybe, they just won't have any sexually interest in each other. The female may act differently towards the male so introduce them whilst you are in the room at first.
Good luck!

usually after a 4-6 months time span, they aren't ever interested again. you gotta give the hormones time to exit, so to speak.

I doubt that she will stand for him. More likely that she'll try to bite it off ;)
