atherosclerosis or artherosclerosis is caused by many things, but mostly cholesterol, bad diet, lack of exercise, and (latest research) your genetic predisposition. How to get rid of it? Simple. Cut out some or all of your red meat intake. Start exercising. Quit smoking. Go see a doctor.

If you have atherosclerosis and you do nothing you will end up with coronary artery blockage, and a heart attack. Or a thrombosis. One may leave you dead, the other one with a dead brain. You have a choice: Change your lifestyle or take your chances in the Cardiac Russian Roulette.

My father in law had a SIX BYPASS SURGERY at age 49. And he was not even aware he had a heart condition. He wasn't even overweight, or smoked. The doctor who he went to see the morning he woke up with chest pains was afraid he would not make it past the ambulance ride to the hospital. He made it, and made it past the surgery and the recovery. He's active, eats well, and is a completely different person from before the heart attack.Don't let this happen to you
