I'd get away from the bunny theme... just bad marketing. Just like going to a dolphin and chip restaurant. Use the German word Hasen, like hasenfeffer, German for rabbit stew. Hasen Burgers may work. (like Veal is used for young calves... no one want to go into a restaurant to order young calf meat.)

Wow, a rabbit burger? Interesting. I like Bunny Burgers too. It has a nice ring to it. I don't know how much of a market there is for them, but, who knows?
You don't really think any of us fell for the 'potential royalties' bit, do you? I hope you do well with your venture though.

I used to have pet rabbits so I can't surport this at all. It's disgusting and who would want to own a rabbit farm anyway. That's just nuts.

You could call them Coney burgers. It is catchy and it refers to what adult rabbits used to be called. It also sounds like an amusement park treat or something.
