I'm ugly but I'm smart and studying dentistry .....I feel angry when my loser relatives(most of them are school drop outs)act like they're better than me!! because they look better..I just feel like killing them.
I just want to know how can I show them that I'm better

Ok, here's what I think is going on - in a nutshell lol.
There may not be much you can do to convince them that they're wrong, all you can do is go through dental school, become very successful.
Your family acts like their better then you because they're threatened by your success (simply being at school for dentistry is better then how far they got). They may feel their "looks" is all they have going for them that you "don't." But I wouldn't worry about it, just laugh at them when they say that, because you know that you're better then them anyways.

Firstly, you should stay away from calling yourself "ugly". I'm sure you have alot of attractive qualities and even if it is to do with your appearance, everyone these days can make the most of how they look. I don't mean get plastic surgery, but you can change your style a bit and carry yourself with a confidence also(which most of the time outweighs looking 'handsome')Most women find brainy men fascinating and intriguing, so that's a plus for you too.
You shouldn't worry what your 'loser relatives' say and just live your own life and achieve your goals, which will show them there's more to life than how you look on the outside!

Looks can fade away as long as you don't feel that way inside you will be ok. As far as your relatives the only way you can show them that you are better than them is when you stop saying you are ugly and love yourself unconditionally. I wouldn't worry so much about what others think of me as long as i know i am a better person than they are. Don’t pay too much attention to them just focus on your education you are in the right truck. Keep up the good work!

Once you become a dentist, you'll be able to bring your hot girlfriend to the family get togethers. That'll show them.
