what is a apraizctomy? i know this has to do with dentistry?

not sure if that is how it is spelled.

Its an apicectomy and its a root filling but done by rasing a flap of gum and filling the root tip of your tooth.
Normally when you already have root filled tooth that has failed or if there is still infection in the tooth.
