I know you are not supposed to answer a question with a question but-----why do you want to flush the antifreeze from your car, I suspect you mean cooling system, unless you have a bad leak.??
I know of no reason to do such a thing but if you must, just remove the radiator cap, open the drain valve located at the bottom of your radiator and let it drain, close drain,. refill with water run the engine till at operating temp let it run and open drain again, careful it's hot, Put water hose in radiator and keep radiator full as thermostat opens and closes with the introduction of cold water. Continue flushing till water runs clear.
This is the simplest way

This is unreal, I used the term DRAIN COCK and the system automatically deleted it !! Watch your language

Disconnect the hose on the bottom of the radiator. Let it drain, and put the garden hose full blast through the top. Let this happen for a few minutes until its clean water out the bottom. Reconnect the lower tube using a screwdriver to tighten the clasp, and fill with clean antifreeze. This is very easy. make sure you dispose of Antifreeze properly. Put it in a conatiner and take it to the propr disposal site in your area.
