I'm a big fan of old times and,of course,hairstyles from that time!In fact,I'm hair style and i have to planing fashion for hair from 40's (returns to past)!My answer to you is hair dresses from 40's =) !!!!!I love that hairstyle - the waves,curls.....red lipstick,nice dresses............so romantic!Don't you think so?!

40's had the pageboy - very short and close to the scalp
50's had the beehive - very big, with a soup can in the middle
there were many more but that's all I can think of right now
