The number is for ICT Group & Marketing. They are looking for new insurance and banking customers. I know this cause I phoned them. It's a 800 toll free number.

GO to whitepages.rom and do a reverse search. If its unlisted, then even paying money may not get you the right person. Another good bet is to cal the number, maybe from a cell phone, so there are no long dsitance charges

It's prob a cell phone that's why. What I would do is call the number from another phone and see who is answering. You may want to wait until early morning when you know they will not answer so the voicemail will pick up and they will say their name(most likely)
