Beading and jewelry making.

Buy a watercolor or multi-media sketchbook and watercolor pencils. They are not messy, but you can come back and wet the strokes to make them blend and act like paint.

Embroider.

Make altered books. Get either a sketckbook or a journal and make a book. Its a scrapbook of sorts, but you cut out magazine pictures, use your own, or draw/paint. Juxtopose images for goofiness or tell a story. Whatever you want.

Make a flipbook

Knit, crochet, or hand quilt (blankets/hats for children with cancer)

and read the books of Sarah Ban Breathnach. They will have some ideas, and will help your spirit. You can find them at the used book stores probably.

Hope you feel better soon.

Depending on what is effected by your MS, there are a variety of things you can do. If you are able to use your hands well enough, why not write (or type). You can write about your history, your family, your dreams or you can just write fiction if that suits you. You can draw also, even if you do not have any talent or training to draw, you can draw. Like I said, I am not sure what your condition is and how far the MS has progressed, but do not give up and let it get you down. You have a lot more living to do...

There is a game I play every morning call Frantic Fish. It has a chat room with very nice people and alot of laughter. I have been playing there for about a year now. To get there, go to Gamesville.com and click on Frantic Fish. Then click on Crystal Lake. I promise you, you will have a good time and we will put a smile on your face.
