I worked with children and does anyone no any ideas for crafts to do with bonfire night and fireworks

1. Make paper rockets
2. Pastel pictures of bonfires on black sugar paper
3. Drip coloured paint onto black paper and blow it with a straw to look like fireworks

Have they make pictures of bonfires or fireworks with glue, glitter and construction paper. Or get the paper that you scrape the layer off of to make a picture underneath. Any craft that deals with fire safety would be good as well. They also make foamies that you can make smore's out of (not to eat of course) Check with your local craft store for supplies.

Hi,

Yes being the mother of two children,on tuesday while i was running my local library and rtying to dela with my own children and 4 others too..i began to think of things i made at school..and this was "paper lantens"..get them to decorate this before cutting the paper!
The you have handles made from paper too and you can have a whole line of halloween lantens..hope i am helpful.

what my mum used to do, is we made our own bonfire doll, we used old fabric and wool, and buttons, etc, and it was great fun, we used glue etc, and my mum made some firework cakes etc

Have them make up their own campfire snack...(other than smores) use a bunch of different supplies.

make a poster to display on the wall use different papers etc... show the dangers etc... so they know to be safe,etc....
