No, you cannot get high on Ibuprofen, no matter how many you take or what size the pills are. Ibuprofen is an NSAID, like Tylenol. It is NOT a narcotic, and its is NOT a recreational drug.

Common Adverse Side Effects are:

nausea, dyspepsia, gastrointestinal ulceration/bleeding, raised liver enzymes, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, salt and fluid retention, hypertension.[5]

If you consider puking, diahrrhea, dizziness and high blood pressure a HIGH, then by all means, go ahead and kill your liver.

I would not recommend taking ibuprofen for any use other than pain relief, taking too much can kill you, and will cause IRREVERSIBLE live damage.

The damage to liver and kidneys will be much more severe than any short term euphoric feeling. Also, it may make you feel sick.

Maybe but you might mess up your kidneys and liver in the process. Is it worth making yourself really sick???
