I invited someone to have a date with me, what I exactly said is "would you go out with me if I invite you someday?". He said yes, and now I'm wondering how much time do I have to wait to invite him out. What do you think?

Since he said yes just ask him out when you got the plan set up. No real need to wait, but don't wait too long.

I would have asked him out the very next day. No need to wait, you already know you have a strong chance of him saying yes.
