There is a fairly wide range, depending much on their maturity when whelped..Normal is 11-15 days.. Their ears open at about the same time.
Just as with human infants, it takes much longer for them to actually see well, as, at first they will only see light and dark..

Usually pups eyes open by 14 days old,but some may open a day or two before this time.If not opened by 14 days,you can get a small cotton ball,dip in sterile water,place over eyes a second or two,giving it time to soften skin,then gently try pulling eye open with two fingers.If left closed over this period,eyes could become infected.

The pups eyes will open at about 3 weeks of age. You can start to wean them at 6 weeks of age. Hope this helps.

When my papillon had a litter they opened their eyes in 2-3 weeks.
EDIT:: I just checked the calendar where I notated when they opened their eyes, when they started walking, and when we whelped them. Their eyes opened at 13 days. Hope that helps.

MOST DOGS EYES START OPENING AT 9 TO 10 DAYS, SOMETIMES IT IS A LITTLE LONGER.
