Is there any drug interaction between naltrexon and sodium valproate?

I don't believe there is an interaction - let me go look it up. I think they are safe together.

They are both metabolised in the liver but by different pathways. They do not have any other common interaction. They will be safe together without the need for dosage adjustment.
