He already has over 200 movies. He doesnt have time to see all these movies, he still has brand new movies that he hasn't seen. We are expecting twins and can't afford to be buying movies. Our kids will be needing stuff pretty soon. Everytime I ask for money to buy something for our twins he tells me that he doesnt have any, yet he comes home with two, three brand new movies every other night.

At first, I thought that I would be able to relate to you, because my fiance also has this weird thing about always wanting to buy a new movie. I hate it. BUT he does watch them all....but most of the time, the movie winds up sucking and he never watches it again. My point was to just rent them, if he really really liked it, then buy it. But noooo....then again, we have a three month old son and before he buys a movie he always make sure he is not in need of anything and neither am I...and he always asks me before he buys one ((I wind up saying yes just cause I dont know how to say no to him lol))....so I guess my situation isnt as bad as I thought it was.

What I would do, is wait until he's at work or somewhere, pack them up in boxes and sell them to Hastings or someplace that buys used movies.
I don't know if that will break him of his habit, but that'd be my way of "getting back at him" so to speak. Plus, you'll have that money in YOUR hands. And the look on his face when he sees all his movies are gone: PRICELESS

count your blessings, he could be out buying hookers, drugs, or alcohol. you've got in pretty good if you ask me
