1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies
1 bag (14 oz.) KRAFT Caramels
2 Tbsp. water
6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped
1 cup PLANTERS Salted Peanuts
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Press cookie dough onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
MICROWAVE caramels and water in microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute. Pour over crust; sprinkle with chopped chocolate, peanuts and marshmallows.
BAKE 5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool completely. Cut into 24 bars to serve.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
16 maraschino cherries with stems
16 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
MELT chocolate in small saucepan on low heat, stirring occasionally. Place in small bowl; cool slightly. Meanwhile, drain cherries and pat dry.
MAKE indentation in each marshmallow with your finger, then insert 1 of the cherries into the hole, leaving 1/3 of the stem end of the cherry exposed. Using a fork to support the bottom of the marshmallow, dip the marshmallow into the chocolate, turning to evenly coat the cherry. Gently shake off excess chocolate.
PLACE on wax paper-covered baking sheet; cover. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes or until set. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

How To Melt Chocolate in the Microwave
Place unwrapped squares of chocolate in microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 2 minutes (for 2 squares of chocolate) or until chocolate is partially melted. Remove from microwave; stir until chocolate is completely melted. When melting more than 2 squares of chocolate, add 10 seconds for each additional square of chocolate.

Marshmellow Clouds
36 Servings
3 c all-purpose flour
2/3 c cocoa
1/2 ts baking soda
1 c brown sugar
1 c granulated sugar
1 c soft butter
2 whole eggs
2 ts vanilla
2 c chocolate chips
8 oz miniature marshmallows,FROZEN
1 c pecans; chopped
Combine dry ingredients except sugar and set aside. Mix sugar and butter, blend well, add eggs and vanilla. Combine with flour mixture. Add chips and nuts. Batter will be very stiff. Take 4 frozen marshmellows in hand, Take a heaping tablespoon of dough, wrap dough completely around marshmellows.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased pan. Bake at 400 for 8-10 min.

Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows:
24 (4-inch) lollipop sticks
24 marshmallows
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons corn oil
Assortment of colored sprinkles or chocolate jimmies
1. Line cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.
2. Insert a lollipop stick into the top (flat side) of each marshmallow.
3. In a double boiler over hot, not simmering, water, melt chocolate and oil, stirring occasionally until mixture is smooth. Swirl marshmallow into chocolate, letting excess drip back into pot. Holding marshmallow over a plate, cover on all sides with sprinkles. Place on prepared cookie sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set, 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 (10.5 ounce) package marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cup heavy cream
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan on low heat, combine marshmallows and milk. Cook until marshmallows are melted, and mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in egg yolk. Fold in 1/3 of the melted marshmallow mixture, then quickly fold in remaining marshmallow until no streaks remain. Stir in lemon juice.
In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain. Spread into graham crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

i've got made those "smores" as quickly as and that they have been scrumptious! Make some undeniable popcorn, mixture that with some chocolate teddy grahams. positioned it in a pot and positioned some marshmallows with that and warmth it up in order that the marshmallows soften a tiny bit so all of it sticks jointly, cool and serve. it quite is magnificent!!

This may not be what you are looking for, but my kids love putting peanutbutter on a cracker and topping with marshmallows then toasting. Easy and yummy!!!!
