I like Carne Asada Tacos. I don't know how you like Mexican/American food, but it is Delicious. Warm up some corn
tortillas, cook some Carne Asada (steak skirt), season meat,
chop up the meat to bite size, chop up cabbage, chop up some
onions (Optional), chop tomatoes. You can add some Salsa
if you like spicy food if not, it's good too with out it. The good part about this you don't even have to grease the tortillas. Oh I forgot
cheese, if you like cheese then shredd some cheese and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!!

Salmon and potatoes. Take a portion of Salmon and put salt, pepper, fresh oregano and lemon like your taste. Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 grade. The potatoes with skin and wash them very good.
In a frying pan put de cut potatoes butter, garlic powder and salt in a litter portion of watter. It's a good food and so easy to cook.

Hummmm I'll tell you what, I have noticed for the past 2 years that I crave Hamburgers and not fast food but real, thick ,meaty, tons of ketchup, onions, mayo, etc........ Time for lunch=P
