Albinism sounds like when someone is an albino- so i think thats ok. Boils are heated, pus-filled bunps on the skin, so you can't put a facial on that! folliculitis sounds like in fected hair follicles, and seborrhoea sounds like a dandruff or hair related condition.

I love getting that everyday glowing look. If you usually use any kind of allover face product like foundation or moisturizer, try mixing it with Neutrogena Shimmer Sheers or e.l.f. Moisturizing Facial Whip. The shimmer in it will make your skin glow with radiance. Also, most bronzers have a hint of shimmer in it to give you a healthy looking glow, so get a subtle color and apply around your face.

I learnt beauty therapy at college. Here is a list of those conditions that you should not perform a facial on:
impetigo, conjunctivitis, styes (infection of sebaceous glands), boils.
Albinism, chloasmata (liver spots), lentigines, port wine stain, seborrhoea spider naevi are fine for treatment.
Oederma - should check with their doctor first.

Many people strive to attain lighter, brighter, healthier-looking skin. Learning to properly care for your skin on a day-to-day basis will help your skin stay light and tight, while more substantial and scientifically-proven lightening products are also widely available. In my opinion this is the best method https://tr.im/71GGy

I'm thinking boils would be one... they are puss filled sacks on the skin (not like pimples, but I could be wrong). Try wikipedia and look each up for a deffinition (and maybe a photographic example)
