second of all : sport for atleast 30 mins a day . atleast 4 times a week..
and eat one meal each day
trust me .. ur going to loose 5 kgs or maybe more

Well make sure you don't eat junk food, try to eat more vegetable, and healthy food, need to work out; you don't have to go to the gym, you can do that at home, do some setups and crunches, try to fun 30 Minutes a day for couple days if you can, go on search and search for home workout, you well find good result. don't eat pass 7:00 pm. and try to eat breakfast because that can control your wight.

You have to work your as* off!
Run at least a mile every morning and so a hell of alot situps and other excersizes at night.
