Hmmm... I start getting munchies around bedtime. My diet doesnt allow me to eat more than 1200 calories a day to stay skinny, So I Dont give into them... Instead I drink a tall glass of water and since I hate the taste of plain water (yea im weird) i buy these fruit punch zero calorie flavor addins at walmart. They are delicious and make my munchies go away. It takes alot of will power too, but I dont stock things in my house that I would want to munch on... No chips, No candies, just lots of fruits and veggies. Good luck to you!

there are a few things you can do...one is to chew gum...most sugar-free gums are less than 2.5 calories each so you don't have to feel guilty about chewy them. second of all...cravings last for 4-15 minutes...so once you get the munchies, set your watch and after 15 minutes you should have a decreased desire to eat. in addition, hunger pains are often confused for water pains. the brain sometimes doesn't interpret them right. so next time you have a craving, just drink a big glass of cold water and you should feel alot better

Try eating small light snack with protien in it like low fat dairy, nuts, slice of turkey etc. Keep it healty and low fat. You should be eating 3 main meals and the light snack in between. If the food you are eating is high in sugars, it will disappear fast and you'll be hungry again quickly. Check out the book THE ABS DIET, by David Zenzinkco, its on the Men's Health website.

If you don't already, eat smaller meals about 5-6 times a day. Spreading food intake out this way helps postpone hunger. Also, keep a bottle of water with you and take a big gulp when you feel hungry. Best of luck!

Well, you can eat stuff. Or drink stuff. If you are concerned about eating too much, then get some filling juice drinks or shakes or something.

If you are trying to watch your weight then eat something that doesn't have any calories in it. Cucumbers, pickles, popcorn (no butter) ect.

gift them to your worst enemy
replace them with fruits and butter-free pop corn
take a photograph of a VERY fat woman (www.fatchicksinpartyhats.com) and stick them everywhare- your wardrobe, refrigerator door, even your bathroom mirror!
