I'm fairly sure they can test you anytime they want. If it is a scheduled visit, there's very little you can do. If the officer has the written right to test you, then he needs very little reason to ask you to submit to a drug test. Especially if he can provide any type of probable cause (i.e., drug paraphernalia being present in the home, a drug smell, strange behavior)

yep....not only can they drugtest you on a home visit...they can inspect your room and remove anything they feel is inappropriate....you have a poster on the wall with an alcohol or drug reference on it or a bb gun under your bed....consider it gone depending on how lenient your PO wants to be. basically this is how it stands. you broke the law at some point in time...not sure if you did time or not...but the time in which you have a Probation Officer is basically almost like being in jail.....durring this time...technically you have no rights until you can prove to the officer and the judge that you deserve the rights or until the time of your probation expires.

Yes. You have a clause that allows the officer to search and that includes your body.
