Become a bit more active than you already are.. walking - jogging - running. Join Curves. They have great equipment there, there workout should be every day for one week, then down to 30 minutes 3 times a week. You may not lose those 4 pounds, but your body will slim down, and tone up quite nicely.

Unless you are three feet tall, you look fine. If you can lose the four pounds by eating right and excercising, then great, but don't starve yourself to lose it.
119 pounds is a very good weight for a young girl, trust me! Worrying about the four pounds could lead to far worse things.

Just eat fruit and vegetables for a couple of days ... as much as you want, any time you feel hungry. During those two days, only drink water, herbal and/or unsweetened tea. You should lose 2lb each day and it will also help detox your body.

it's only FOUR POUNDS.
stop eating trash (fast food, sweets, bagels, fried foods, etc.) and start exercising. you need cardio, at LEAST 30 minutes at a stretch, 45 minutes would be better.
