Don't even think about claiming it. Think about it, how can you win the lottery if you haven't played. Commonn sense would be to trow it away. This is a scam... I received a check one time from them and I kept looking at it to see what i could find. i called the authorities and they told me that I wasn't the first one to get a check. These people are scamming thousands of people every day.

it is really a scam.
I received the same email from fr tony walter on 21t October 2006.
he told me I won $ 700,000,00 and asked me to tell him my account no.
I tell him but I take all my money before he can do anything.
I just wan to pretend that i believe him.
I will make my new account.
then he asked me to send my citizenship identity since I do not have an International passport nor a driver licence.
Don't believe it.
you can trust me.
do you hear me?.......
