I have to say the thing most people don't get when they apply for a managers job in hospitality... you wear the tie... it's ALL your job. From dishwashing, ordering, compliance... every crumb on the floor is your problem.

This will depend on the boss he write a requisition for job, but it is just a guide line.
Once you go to work, you do what the boss tell you to unless it is illegal. You also use your judgement and do whatever is required to finish the job.
