If this isn't a serious question, you suck.

If you ARE being serious, then it all depends on how good friends you were before you told you, and how you feel about things such as sex changes. If you were really good friends and they don't bother you, things might be a little awkward at first but if you work at it, things can go back to normal(ish..). If you're NOT okay with that kinda thing then you've really gotta think this over. Are you willing to loose this friend because of the way she (yes, SHE) was born? Are you willing to let this friend go and probably make her feel like she's just been kicked in the teeth and dint her self confidence? Yeah okay so she didn't tell you right away, but it's not an easy thing to deal with. Look at it this way, she's always been a she, but she was born in a man's body and underwent surgery to get the body she should have been born into. She's still your friend.

- Sorry, didn't realize you said girlfriend as in you're a dude, etc etc etc. That changes alot. But you still gotta decide how you feel about it. She's a girl and she was in a man's body. She'll have girl's bits now and although she wont be able to have children, you wont have to worry about the condom ripping as much =]

If it bothers you and your morality cannot permit you to be in a relationship with a transsexual (woman who used to be a man ) for lack of better terminology . Then break it off and stop dating Him/her whatever your lady friend can be called. (as only a woman cosmetically genetically still dude) This is one of the few things that should be discussed even before a first date begins. It will save both parties a world of hurt.Getting a little counseling might help to get you over this. I know if i where in your shoes i might be a little emotionally disturbed over this. Esp. if i developed feelings for whom i once thought was born from the womb with female parts.only to find out later in the relationship that that was not the case

Make the decision that would best benefit you. Condiser her feelings and be nice about it. Think about it really hard the decision that you make. Im not saying leave her (she never lied to you) But you gotta do what ever makes you comfortable. Dont hurt her in the process, just make your decision, lay it out to her. and bedone with it. Afterwards if you decide to stay with her dont linger around the thoughts. Just accept the facts and move on. Its hard but do what would best do for you, and dont worry about what people are gonna say- b/c at the end of the day they aint care.

Hey Bro, do you love being with her, as her, did anything bother you before you found out? Did you love her as well? If thats the case, dont be a ******* tard, and enjoy life. If you want to procreate and all that other good stuff, tell her that you want more, and that she just cant give you that. Plain and simple!!! No need to hurt a person's feelings over it. She's still a person, no matter what!

If your girlfriend is under 18 she has to be lying, because you must be over 18 for any hospital to consent to a sex change. Still, if she's freaking you out, it's time to end the relationship because it will not do you any good to be so stressed.

I can't believe how insensitive the other replies you got are. You must be going through hell. How do you feel about your girlfriend now? Can you communicate with her about how you're feeling and try to move on from this? It was brave of her to tell you and maybe she hoped you would be able to stick by her and support her. Ultimately though it's down to you and what you feel able to do. No one will blame you if you decide to leave your girlfriend as this is a major issue and very few couples would be able to stick together. She should've told you before you got together really. But in any case what you do is down to you. If you decide the relationship is over try to be supportive and tell your girlfriend you support who she is but you can't see a future together. Good luck, I know it can't be easy.

Cool.
Stay away from her a few days to evaurate the situration. That's what I would do. Ask yourself how long has the relationship been. If u love her that kind of thing. In the end your come up with something.

Hide. Then run to another country. That is so so so scarey. I feel for you man. That sucks so bad. I would just get out of that picture as fast as I could.

Did she mean a sex change transpired? I it is, and its true, I would then evaluate myself if I can accept her. How? always look at her as if she is still a man, when you kiss her, think that your kissing a man, her voice, listen as if she was a man. If you fell grossed out, then make a decision. If you ok with it, have fun then.

Oh for gods sake - if that's the best you can do I suggest you find another site. You are seriously expecting us to believe that a man could not tell a she-male?
