Everyone has a different pain threshold. Generally, tats over bone (less "meaty areas") are more uncomfortable than elsewhere. If your breasts are very sensitive though, you may experience a lot of sensation.
I think the discomfort is worth the result however, if the design is something you really want and meaningful for you. Just remember, if your weight fluctuates a lot, your breast size may also, and so the tat may change with skin stretching (also if you get pregnant and your breasts get larger, or if they begin to sag as you age).
When you decide on tattoo placement, keep in mind the changes that may occur to that part of the body over time. You may not want to put a tat in an area that will stretch/shink very much.
Otherwise, go for it...I don't regret the ones I have one bit...and have more planned...they can be addictive...lol!

Tattoos that are placed on the bone (ankles, lower back etc.) tend to hurt worse than other areas since you breast isn't near the bone it shouldn't hurt that much tattoos generally only sting/burn but also think about when you're older and your breasts start to sag the tattoo will end up stretching out as well. Also youll have to have someone you don't really know...more than likely if you go to a reputable tattoo parlor...groping your breast because they have to make sure the skin is taught and stays still. go to www.bmezine.com awesome site about body mods :-D If after you do some research and still want it go for it!

As a lady with many tattoos, I would say that on your breast is one of the ost "uncomfortable" places to get tattooed. I have a very high pain threshold so I can't say it hurts really.
I just found it harder to take breaths in whilst being tattooed.
As with any tattoos, think wisely of what you are getting done & how it will look on certain occasions such as in a wedding dress or in a bikini etc.
Good luck with your choosing :-)

You do realize that it's permanent, right. It will never fully come off, even with laser treatment ($1000s a treatment - with several required to remove a tattoo). Just think how it will look 20 years from now when it fades and those boobs of yours are hangin' a little lower. Don't do it.

Im not here to tell you what you should or shouldnt do like some people. If you choose to get a tattoon on your breasts as long as you have a decent size cup you should be fine. If you get it more on your chest than your breasst it will hurt a little more, directly down the middle of your breast bone kills!!! Good luck and choose wisely!!!

well, I only have 2. One on my left chest and the other on my ankel... the latter hurt more, alot more. The thinner the skin, the more it hurts. Also, make sure you know the exact placement that you want and the size. If it is too big you will have a harder time covering it up when you don't want it to show.

That, I think is just what the breast is missing. I knew there was something wrong. All this time I thought that the Venus DE Milo was the standard of beauty. But I was wrong. The artist neglected to paint little pictures on her chest.

Absolutely not. Think about it. Are your breasts perky and firm today now that yr young fresh and beautiful? Well think about in twenty years when they will be saggy and droopy. Yr tat will not be a turn on. Think of it this way the cute kittcat on your breast today will evolve into a full grown lion once you turn forty. lol. I would consider another place.

That is one of the most sensitive places to get inked. It hurts VERY badly. I have tattoos and the one there and believe it or not, the one on my toe hurt the worst!

It does, because the skin is more soft/ delicate comparing with other areas. And moreover its not even worthy, coz you can't publicly display it. Whats the use of having a tat when you can't show it to everyone. so find some other part.
