I would say so....because your not even supposed to rub on eye cream you supposed to dab it on, thats how sensitive the eye area is. But I was taught to always put on moisturizer to keep ya face looking young, especially if you got dry skin

Yes...even before 30 if you're doing that every day.
Two tips:

First?...stop doing that! lol Use eyes drops in the morning and maybe that itchiness will go away.

Second? ...buy Vitamin E capsules...the gel ones. Then just break open one and use the gel under your eyes...(minimal) A little will go on thick. Put it on about an hour before bed..and leave it on until morning. Do that 3 times a week and watch the lines under your eyes start to fade away.

The skin under our eyes is one of the most delicate...must be very careful even when applying make-up. And no rubbing missy!

Skin there is very soft and can get damaged with rubbing. It also leads to wrinkle but it is not the only eason for that.

Most probably.

I've noticed wrinkles around my eyes and I'm only 19!!

Then again, I can only really see them up close. All the same, it's kinda depressing.

the skin around your eye isn't as elastic as skin on other parts so constantly stretching it will cause it to loose elasticity and become wrinkled
