Call your local scrap yard to see what they are paying for small cars. Also see if they will come pick it up, or if you have to pay to tow it to them. The car really does not have much value with a bad timing belt. The cost of repair will be about equal to the value of the car!

Where in california are you at and how much do you want for it. I'd be willing to buy it from you.

Otherwise you can post it on http://www.craigslist.org for free. Many people purchase vehicle working or not from that site.

try your local junk or salvage yard in the yellow pages, they buy complete cars running or not :)
