I have several Japanese cookbooks and find nothing with this spelling. Are you sure it is spelled correctly or phonetically?

Any hints you can give me?

"Saisaki (幸先)" means "auspicious," "promising," or "fortunate" and has nothing to do with food. Are you sure you spelled it correctly?
