Technically eating healthy does make you "healthier", but still, the wait should be lost. To eat well and not exercises is better than eating bad and not exercising, but a daily fitness routine for a cardio workout is at least 20 minutes a day. Not only will your sister lose the wait but she will become even more healthy and potentially live longer. But in general, just eating better may help you lose some wait, or stop you from gaining too much more, but i highly recommend a good exercise regimen.

She will lose a minimal amount of weight because proper nutrition is key. If she wants to achieve maximum and best results she needs to exercise. She doesn't have to turn into Denise Austin or anything but 30-45 minutes every other day will help. She can take a nice brisk walk or ride a bike or make up her own routine at home in the living room, buy a video for beginners, or even yoga will help tremendously because of the breathing.

Eating healthy is a good start. But you will have no shape, and it will take along time. If you can at least walk to get your heart rate going that will help even more. Being responsible for you health is so important, it makes you smarter, and more beautiful if you take care and respect your body. Your body thrives on good amounts of Oxygen getting into your blood, the way to that is increasing your heart rate. Even I hate to actually exercise, I started living a life that was meaningful to me, I ride, I work around my house, walk my 2 chihuahuas, I even started working on my own motorcycle, my advice is find something meaningful to you, something you have passion for, like motorcycle riding, or gardening, pour yourself into something like that, and then watch yourself become the person you want to be. It's funny, but when you do the things you like to do most, things that feed your soul, like bike riding, or swimming, or even walking your dog, you are letting the real you out of the box, when you involve yourself in something that is meaningful to you, you will not only look and feel better on the inside, it will show on the outside.

She will lose the weight but only temporarily. She needs to work out to burn fat not just lose the water weight. Besides why would she want to lose weight without exercise, she will look terrible cause she wont be toned. Plus she will have alot of extra skin folds. She needs to work out. Eat a balanced meal. Take one a day vitamins. Also some fiber pills. Fiber pills are great for the digestive system. Plus they help control your appetite. Cause they swell and cause your stomache to feel satisfied. Well i hope it works. You can message me at italiarican@sbcglobal.net for specific exercises or anything else.

Basically, eating fewer calories than your body burn in a day will help you lose weight. However, your sister can still eat well, be slim, and unhealthy. Exercise is vital to keep your heart and lungs in top condition. Eating well is a good start, but without the other, exercise, the equation is unbalanced.

She's right and she's wrong. People who are heavy do have high metabolisms and can lose some weight. But probably not enough to make a serious visual difference. She will eventually plataeu and almost certainly rebound within days after she wanders from her eating plan.

You can lose weight, but exercising speeds it up and adventually she will hit a plateau and not lose. She doesn't have to "exercise" she needs to find an activity she enjoys.. Walking or a class you don't have to go to the gym and exercise just get more activity in your life

tell her it's easy math:

calories are body fuel.
if you BURN MORE CALORIES than you take in, you will LOSE WEIGHT.
if you BURN LESS CALORIES than you take in, you will GAIN WEIGHT.

if she is young, and very fat, she might lose some weight by cutting calories, but not much. eventually, she'll stop losing weight. exercise is the only way to burn those extra calories.

tell her to stop being lazy, unless she wants to be a fatass the rest of her life. as you get older, it only gets harder and harder to lose weight.

did she work out before? any healthy change will make her loose weight if she cuts back enough on calories but if she wants to look even more healthy she needs to start moving, even walking. she can be skiny with out looking very healthy or toned(which will make her look even skinnier).
