whats erossions in antral gastritis? what care should we take if we have them. i am sufuring from sever burp my stomach is bloated how can i avoid this i am unable to work properly due to this

if you indeed have erosion ventral gastritis, you have a degradation of the integrity of your esophagus and probably your hiatus. You will need to see a doctor and get a prescription for medication that will decrease the amount of acid you produce and encourage healing of the erosions, you will need to change your dietary habits as well, to small frequent meals. Remember also to remain up right after eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes.
