What is the easiest and quickest way to loose wait for a women.

My mate is looking to loose 1 size i.e. a size 14 to a size 12..

Please help..

Get your self into a good weight loss plan, such as weight-watchers, you will lean how and why u are like this and drop the weight u need to in a safe manner

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat. Try to supplement your training with some running, running stairs or hills, and cycling. Mix it up, it will keep your body guessing.

Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

Keep moving all the time. Tap you feet while at the computer, tap you hands on your legs while walking. Keep moving and keep burning calories.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for three more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14% and my waist from 36 inches to 32.

Get someone to weigh you once a week.
Keep a food diary that that friend or friends to review it.
You know the rules leave cake, biscuits, sweets and chocolates alone.
Increase your fruit and vegetable intake--especially vegetable
Take every opportunity to walk to a from a to b where you can.
Join rambling and/or keep fit / sports group/groups

I don't know about your friends diet but there isn't really a quick fix. However a few easy things to do are cut out fizzy drinks and only drink diet, drink 2 litres of water a day and walk everywhere, stop taking the car and the bus, don't take the lift up to your flat walk up the stairs instead. And of course a healthy diet.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
