How long should my hair be in order to have micros. My hair is short like melissa milanos on charmed and now its growing out. still kinda tapered how long should my hair be in the back. to get it braided

It doesn't have to be that long....my hair is short too and as long as the braid can catch on to the hair in the back then you'll be okay. Just make sure let the person do it tight so that it wouldn't fall out and when you first get it done I wouldn't pull on it too much.

It depends on the person that's braiding your hair. Last year I had a spot in my head where my hair was about 1/4 of an inch long (due to over processing) and the chick that did my braids was still able to grip it. So you really shouldn't have a problem as long you have a good stylist!

If you want really long braids you should allow your hair to grow past your ears, but if you your hair is barely passing your ears perhaps it is not a good idea.

your hair just has to be long enough to get braids.like cornroles.it deosnt have to be that long.
