the girl had never seen him and he had never seen the girl ! the police said the offenders were wearing balaclavas and sports watches. There were three of them in total. The three men that were subjected to the ordeal were simply working away from there homes in a different town. The polices reason for arrest was that they were wearing sports watches !

Get your friend to give DNA, the girl would have a rape kit done, and any seamen or hair would have been collected. He can easily be excluded that way.

The police can not arrest just for wearing sport watches this is not probable cause. If they did they will get reprimanded and the case will be thrown out and they will be set free.
What you may not know is the police can have more evidence. They do not let the evidence out because they are trying to make a case against these men. Believe me, if they are innocent no case can be made. Generally, when a rape is committed, a rape kit is used for evidence (they check the girl out). If they find semen, skin cells under her nails, hair that is not hers, other body fluids then this is evidence for conviction. They can match the DNA to the perpetrators.
This will either help convict your friend or give him his freedom. It is all a science and when it goes to court the truth will come out. If there is not evidence the case will be thrown out. If he is innocent do not worry.

First, rape can be penetration of the vagina, anus or mouth by a man's penis. Ejaculation of semen does not have to occur, penetration is all that is required. However, if semen was deposited, either in one of the victim's body orifices, or on her clothing then this will be detected as a contact trace. After rape is reported, the victim is medically examined and swabs of the body orifices are taken. Any semen present will then be used to obtain a DNA profile of the assailant. The results will be used to search against the National DNA database. Any suspects will be required to give a sample for comparison. The sample is only a mouth swab. If your friends had nothing to do with this offence then DNA analysis will exonerate them. However, their DNA profile will be put on and remain on the DNA database.

First of all tell your Friends to keep calm,have patience and always say the truth when questioned and in their heart they should always pray from god to protectect,help and give them patience.it might a small test from god to see how much they can have patience.

dont worry.its far too serious a crime,if your friend wasnt there the police WILL get to the bottom of it and prove him innocent.
sadly i think the slur on hs name will remain whatever happens.

Leave the girl alone...she has nothing to do with that.
