I have a bunch of mp3s called "Track 1", "Track 2" etc. Is there some software that will find the names of the songs and change the name of the mp3s? Thanks!

MP3 files contain tags which describe the file including it's file name. You can use something like Ultra Tag Editor to change the name (and other information) embedded within an MP3 file.

You can get Ultra Tag Editor from here:

Hope this helps

No. The reason that the songs are named that way is because the CD you ripped them from didn't contain the names of the songs. This often happens when you're ripping songs from older CDs. The names of the songs aren't on your computer, so there's no way for any software to "find" the names.

The only thing you can do is to look at the track listings on the CDs from which you ripped them and manually enter the names. I know it's a pain, but that's just the way it is.

In addition to doing the renaming manually, which can be tedious and boring; some "players" on PC's with an internet connection can be set to use the information in the mp3 tag to automatically look up the information "online" and correct the title, artist, etc.
Check the Manual or Instructions.

get a id3 tag editing program which allows you to edit mp3 files and the tags and allows you to easily rename them according to id3 tag (in bulk)
