We have an out-of-state coworker who has gone on bedrest prior to having her baby. What is a nice gift to send to her?

I would not send anything baby related until the baby is born. If she is on bedrest, something is obviously wrong.

If you are talking about sending her gifts to keep her happy and busy, how about magazines and puzzle books?

Get her two gifts-one only for her & one relating to the baby (even if something is wrong-you want to keep her thinking positive) You could have one gift be a scrapbook making kit. Then she could start making the baby's book. It would be fun & keep her busy (& even if something goes wrong, she could use the scrapbook for next time).
The other gift could be a new cozy pair of PJ's or some fun slippers.
Then throw in some magazines-beauty & gossip.

If she's on bedrest, get her a gift card for books/magazines or a Netflix subscription. She'll probably be pretty bored for awhile...

send her a little care package. With little things she might need for the baby, (shampoo, wipes, diaper cream) and include stuff for her too. Like magazines, word searches, candy. She is probabally going out of her mind being on bed rest! To think of her would be one of the best gifts.

The best thing you can get for a mom-to-be, and that I buy for every baby shower I go to is a Boppy pillow. Mine has been SO helpful. They make baby feeding so much easier on your arms and on your back, especially if you are nursing. I have nursed my daughter for almost a year now and dont know what I would have done without it. I love the new candy boquets they are very cute. You could also send her a little outfit or something for the baby. Good Luck

The best gift is to get her a full body massage.

It will make her feel so much lighter
