I believe I know the answer you are looking for, but I am curious about the reason for your question...I don't think Mesha actually defeated the kings of Israel, Judah and Edom that came up against him as a result of his revolt; they withdrew after defeating most of his army because of his offering his firstborn son and heir to his throne as a burnt offering at the city wall. They seemed to have been reproached for having reduced him to such a desperate condition and abandoned their mission as a result.
