in other parishoners?

I lost my aunt, who I was very close to then all of a sudden one of my friends started doing the same little shrug and the same little shuffling walk that she did. She never did it before--it was very strange. I am wondering about the Communion of Saints could this be part of it?

No. The communion of saints doesn't work that way. The communion of saints simply is that those who have died in the Lord still are, still exist, and still can interact with us, especially at times of prayer and worship of God. It is important to keep in mind that when you are at Mass, all those in heaven are there with you too.

I agree with the other posters that your grief is causing you to be more aware of things that remind you of your aunt. It is just the way the mind works.

Remember your aunt, whom you were close to, and keep her in your prayers and pray for the repose of her soul. This is very important and it is an important act of love for that person.

God bless.

I have lost someone and then have smelled the type of tobacco that he used in the air. I think that the people we love and who love us never really leave us...

It could also mean that you miss them a lot and have notice things that are similar in other people.

It kind of a phenomena...seems you see them everywhere. It has to do with age and style. It will pass with age and style and well.

I lost a good friend and went to his funeral. I tried to notice his mannerisms but he just laid there, all dead and stuff.
