I work second shift and my husband works first shift and we have one child. The only time we can get together around the table for a nice family dinner is on sunday, but it seems like we always have the same thing(s) to eat everytime! Almost always our meal consists of a meat of some kind, mashed potatoes and a veggie (peas mostly)
Does anyone have any awesome ideas? It would be a life saver! Thank You!

Lasagne and fresh green salad. For pudding you could make chocolate mousse. You could try risotto.

Fish. Specifically white fish. Tilapia, Trout, Bass. Even shark, swordfish or tuna, with sugarsnap peas and some rice-a-roni? If not fish, Lasagna. Sometimes I have breakfast food for dinner, it's a nice change. Ham & Chedar Cheese Omlette with a bagel or english muffin with a few sausage links? Chicken fajita's are easy and fun to make.
