I love wearing white tee-shirts. During the summer time, I sweat just like everyone else. But the underarms of just my white shirts turn to a darker color after I've worn the shirt a few times. The shirts are not even tight on me. And when I wash them, that doesn't work on the stain. It ruins my shirts. And yes, I wear plenty of deoderant and I dont stink. I can smell the stain and it has no bad smell to it at all. I dont know why it's doing that. ...??...

I have the same problem. There are some deodorants at your drug store, can't remember the name, that will prevent you from sweating all together. You put it on at night after a shower and in the morning, you don't need to wear any deodorant at all. If your a morning shower person, you still need to clean under your arms at night and apply the deodorant. In the mornings, you just put on your regular deodorant. I've tried them, and they do work, but I have very sensitive skin and they caused my skin to get raw. They are more the consistency of a liquid, like water almost, than a roll on deodorant. But they do work!!! Also, they make pads that you can place in your shirt, but depending on the fabric sometimes you can see them.

It's the deodorant that causes the stains. I've heard that meat tenderizer will get the stains out. I've never tried it though. you take the tenderizer and make a paste out of it with water and then work it into the stain then wash it like normal

You can soak them for 3 or so days in a bucket with hot water and OXY CLEAN stain remover. There is also a product at Walmart in the house painting section near the paint thinners etc that I think (??) is called Yellow-Out or something to that effect and it is made specifically to take the yellowing out of clothing and other items.

Dirt. No matter how clean you are, how much deodorant you put on. The oils in your skin hold dirt and when you sweat these come out with the oils. Try bleaching your shirts, soak them in a bucket of bleach and water and then wash them, it gets better results.

The stains are from your sweat. I suggest that you try to put some good stain remover on it while washing

my daughter and my husband are the same way.. there is nothing you can do about it.. i think it has something to do with being acidic... you have 2 choices, either replace your shirts every so often or dont wear white t's anymore...
