Rest assured that your brothers are just trying a new form of dinning and are not werewolves.
A werewolf (also lycanthrope or wolfman) in folklore and mythology is a person who shapeshifts into a wolf, either purposely, by using magic, or after being placed under a curse. The medieval chronicler Gervase of Tilbury associated the transformation with the appearance of the full moon, but this concept was rarely associated with the werewolf until the idea was picked up by modern fiction writers.
Perhaps your brothers are just indulging in eating raw meat for the nutrional value it adds. The third link shows a distinct photo of a culture that dines on raw meat.

Get them outside during a full moon; if they don't change, there's no way that can be werewolves, since the change is totally involuntary.
They can eat all the raw meat they want - they're just faking it...all they will get is E.Coli.
