Mohammad Afzal Guru helped facilitate the attack on the Indian Parliament on Dec. 13, 2001. He was caught, put to trial under due processes of law, he confessed and was sentenced to death by the highest court of the land. However, there are many who vehemently oppose Afzal's death by hanging.

A British man who is due to be hanged in Pakistan at the beginning of next month will be executed, despite a campaign by his family to save his life, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Citing an unnamed aide to Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, the newspaper said that Mirza Tahir Hussain, who was sentenced to death 18 years ago for killing a taxi driver, will be hanged on November 1.

Why not hang the guy who attacked the parliament buildings of the biggest democracy in the world.
