You can configure yahoo in outlook only if its a pop or imap or http account. This is because you need the incoming and outgoing server addresses of yahoo and yahoo is a freely available we based email service.

In order to do so, you have to subscribe the service from yahoo.

Oh, i also remember some "free pop" software available over the internet to do the same... maybe u could google it.
