You need to use a wieght that is high in resistance-to get more butt, you need more muscle mass, so that means heavy weight training...

First of all, try not to sit a lot, that sorta flattens out the butt more. I know you've seen the older women with flat butts from sitting all their lives. You should do some exercises that focuses on the butt. Walking long distance is good. You also should try to do squats and lunges. Take a half hour walk every day and do 3 reps of 15 of each squats and lunges. Hope this helps.

The panties that lift are a good idea under clothes, but if you want a nice booty when your sans clothes I recommend squats. You can do them with your back against the wall move down slowly until your knees are at a 45 degree angle while tightening your gluts. This works great! It'll take some time (during which you can do the panty thing) but it will be well worth it. You can also do lunges.

Do resistance exercises like squats and leg pull backs with weights. This will add some muscle and therefore roundness.
Run, swim, and climb stairs. This will help shed fat and expose the round muscle.
Do those aerobic leg lifts. This will tighten your muscles and help them appear more plump.
